Beginning in March, Jireh Family Farm will offer a class teaching on how to use natural ingredients to craft herbal teas.  This class will review water temp, steeping along with blending and herbal companionship.  The two-hour class will cover the misconceptions of tea-making, the medicinal properties of various elements, and how their combination enhances effectiveness.

 

Valarie Tina Jarvis, RN, BSN 

Nurse Jarvis is a Registered Nurse who is passionate about teaching about natural elements of the earth that support the mind and body.  This third generation farmer uses her medical and herbalist background to teach on the unique benefits of herbal botanicals and how to craft teas to support overall health.
