Experience this Unique, Hands-On Class.

With the guidance from staff from Jireh Family Farm, you will humanely butcher, eviscerate, and process a meat chicken on-farm.

What's Going to Happen at This Class??

Class participants will first learn about the history of chicken in America's diet. They will learn about the breeds and maturity rate of the animals. Then we will go through the processing of humanely dispatching, de-feathering, eviscerating, and butchering a bird. Lastly, class attendees will take home a fresh, farm-raised chicken of their own.
